岭南文化研究与英文课程建设团队介绍

岭南文化研究与英文课程建设团队组建于2021年，是一支深耕岭南文化传播、聚焦英语课程创新、融合教研与育人的专业化教学科研团队。团队师资结构合理、梯队完善，现有核心成员9人，包含教授1名、副教授3名、讲师3名、助教2名，博士6人，形成了资深教授引领、中青年骨干支撑、青年教师储备的良性发展格局，兼具扎实的学术研究能力与丰富的一线教学经验。

自成立以来，团队立足地域文化特色与外语育人初心，深耕“文化+语言”融合育人领域，创新人才培养模式。依托专业教研优势，团队牵头设立岭南文化特色班，首创零度课程教学模式，打破传统语言教学壁垒。课程以岭南文化探究为核心载体，将广府、潮汕、客家等特色文化资源融入英语教学全过程，引导学生在深挖岭南民俗、历史、艺术、风土的过程中，锤炼英文表达、跨文化沟通与故事讲述能力，在语言实践中厚植中华优秀文化素养，实现文化传承、语言提升与价值塑造的多维育人目标。

团队深耕课程建设与教学改革，教研成果丰硕、示范效应突出。教材建设方面，团队自主编撰并出版《岭南文化英文课程》系列教材共四册，构建了系统化、特色化的岭南文化英语教学资源体系。课程建设成果屡获省级、国际平台认可，核心课程成功获评广东省新示范课程优秀案例，教学模式与育人成效获得省内教育领域认可。同时，课程积极推进国际化建设，成功入选中国-印尼国际课程，并正式上线中拉教育合作平台，实现岭南文化的国际化对外传播，助力中华优秀文化走向世界。

未来，团队将持续深耕岭南文化外语传播与课程创新，持续优化特色教学模式，丰富课程资源体系，深化中外教育交流融合，着力培养兼具文化自信、国际视野和双语表达能力的复合型人才，打造岭南文化外语育人特色教研品牌。

Established in 2021, the Team for Lingnan Culture Research and English Curriculum Development is a specialized teaching and research group committed to the communication of Lingnan culture, innovation in English courses, and the integration of research, teaching and talent cultivation. Boasting a well-structured faculty and sound talent echelon, the team currently has nine core members, including one professor, three associate professors, three lecturers and two teaching assistants, six of whom hold doctoral degrees. It has formed a sound development framework led by senior professors, supported by young and middle-aged backbones, and sustained by young teachers, with solid academic research competence and abundant frontline teaching experience.

Since its foundation, rooted in regional cultural features and the mission of foreign language education, the team has dedicated itself to the integrated talent cultivation of “culture + language” and innovated the talent training model. Drawing on its professional research strengths, the team took the lead in launching the Lingnan Culture Specialty Class and pioneered the Zero-Curriculum teaching model, breaking the barriers of conventional language teaching. Centered on the exploration of Lingnan culture, the curriculum integrates distinctive cultural resources of Cantonese, Chaoshan and Hakka communities into the whole process of English teaching. It guides students to refine their English expression, cross-cultural communication and storytelling skills while exploring Lingnan folk customs, history, art and local traditions. Through language practice, students cultivate a profound understanding of fine traditional Chinese culture, achieving multi-dimensional educational goals of cultural inheritance, language proficiency improvement and value shaping.

The team has made intensive efforts in curriculum development and teaching reform, yielding fruitful research outcomes and remarkable exemplary effects. In terms of textbook development, the team has independently compiled and published four volumes of the *Lingnan Culture English Course* series, establishing a systematic and distinctive resource system for English teaching of Lingnan culture. Its curriculum achievements have won recognition from provincial and international platforms. The core course has been selected as an excellent case of Guangdong’s new demonstration courses, and its teaching model and educational outcomes have been acknowledged by the education sector in Guangdong Province. Meanwhile, the team actively promotes the internationalization of its courses. The course has been selected for the China-Indonesia International Curriculum and officially launched on the China-Latin America Education Cooperation Platform, enabling the international dissemination of Lingnan culture and helping fine traditional Chinese culture reach the global audience.

In the future, the team will continue to advance the foreign-language communication of Lingnan culture and curriculum innovation. It will further optimize the distinctive teaching model, enrich curriculum resources, deepen educational exchanges and integration between China and foreign countries, strive to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with cultural confidence, global vision and bilingual competence, and build a distinctive teaching and research brand for foreign-language education rooted in Lingnan culture.
