党委书记：冯有辉
冯有辉，男，中共党员，高级实验师，现任广东医科大学外国语学院党委书记。曾任广东医科大学人事处科长、继续教育学院副院长、湛江校区综合党委副书记、实验动物中心副主任、招标采购中心主任等职务。
主持学院党委全面工作，分管党建、宣传思政、意识形态、干部和人事、统战、学院文化建设、精神文明建设、综合治理等工作。
院长：杨劲松
杨劲松，女，博士，教授，南粤优秀教师。现任广东省大学英语教学指导委员会委员、副秘书长。主要研究方向为修辞与写作、英语课程论、翻译研究，现阶段重点深耕中医药文化、医学人文、岭南文化等中华优秀文化国际传播研究。
主持各级各类课题 40 余项，含国家社会科学基金项目、中国外文局重大项目、广东省哲学社会科学规划项目等；牵头建设国家级一流课程 1 门、省级一流课程 2 门。发表学术论文 90 余篇，出版专著 4 部，主编教材 22 册。其中《医学人文英语》（第二版、第三版）获评国家级规划教材，第三版入选广东省优秀教材；《岭南文化英语教程》入选广东省 2026 年原创性大湾区旅游系列精品教材建设培育项目；《中华医药文化》获批中国外文局规划教材。
获各类教学科研奖项 60 余项：中医文化双语智能体入选国家语委百佳案例；3 次主持获得广东省教育教学成果二等奖，另获东莞市社会科学成果奖三等奖、广东省高等教育学会教育研究优秀成果奖、中华医学会教育技术成果奖一等奖等多项荣誉。
主持学院行政全面工作，分管发展规划、学科建设、人事、科研、财务、师资队伍建设、实验室建设、计划生育、综合治理等。
Yang Jinsong, female, PhD, Professor, and recipient of the Nanyue Outstanding Teacher Award. She serves as Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Provincial Steering Committee for College English Teaching. Her research spans rhetoric and writing, English curriculum theory, and translation studies. Her current work centers on the international communication of fine traditional Chinese culture, including traditional Chinese medicine culture, medical humanities, and Lingnan culture.
She has led over 40 research projects at various levels, including grants from the National Social Science Fund of China, major projects commissioned by the China International Communications Group, and Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Projects. She spearheaded the development of one national first-class course and two provincial first-class courses. She has published more than 90 academic papers and four monographs, and edited 22 textbooks. Among these, Medical Humanities English (2nd and 3rd editions) has been accredited as national planned textbooks, with its 3rd edition listed as an Excellent Textbook of Guangdong Province. English Course of Lingnan Culture is selected for the 2026 Guangdong Provincial Cultivation Program for Original High-quality Textbooks on Greater Bay Area Tourism. Chinese Medicine Culture is approved as a planned textbook by the China International Communications Group.
She is the recipient of over 60 awards for teaching and research. Her Bilingual Intelligent Agent for Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture was named one of the Top 100 Cases by the State Language Commission. As principal investigator, she has won the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award three times. Her other distinctions include the Third Prize of Dongguan Social Science Achievement Award, Excellent Research Achievement Award from the Guangdong Higher Education Association, and First Prize of the Education Technology Achievement Award conferred by the Chinese Medical Association.
